This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern your use of iUnlock AI, operated by srdgintel.com ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at unlock.srdgintel.com.

iUnlock AI is an AI-powered iPhone unlock and recovery service that provides:

  • Free AI device diagnosis by IMEI or Serial Number
  • iCloud Activation Lock removal via Apple GSX servers
  • DFU restore and screen lock removal tools
  • MDM profile removal and carrier unlock services
  • Downloadable desktop tools for Linux and Windows

05 Social Login (Google, GitHub, Facebook, Microsoft)

iUnlock AI offers social login options via Google, GitHub, Facebook, and Microsoft through Supabase Authentication. When you choose to log in with these providers:

  • We receive only your email address and display name from the provider
  • We do not receive access to your social media posts, contacts, or other account data
  • We do not post to your social accounts
  • Your social login credentials are managed entirely by the respective provider
  • You can revoke our access at any time through your Google/GitHub/Facebook/Microsoft account settings

06 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. iUnlock AI never stores your card details.

  • Flutterwave — handles card, bank transfer, and mobile money payments
  • Paystack — handles card and bank payments for Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya
  • NowPayments — handles USDT and other cryptocurrency payments

Payment providers are PCI-DSS compliant. Your financial data is subject to their respective privacy policies and security standards.

07 Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
  • Order records and IMEI logs: Retained for 5 years for legal compliance purposes. This cannot be deleted on request due to legal obligations.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by financial regulations (minimum 7 years).
  • Diagnostic logs: Retained for 12 months then anonymized.

08 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encrypted database storage via Supabase (PostgreSQL with RLS)
  • AWS hosting with security group restrictions
  • No plain-text storage of passwords (managed by Supabase Auth)

10 Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iUnlock AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using iUnlock AI you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@srdgintel.com.

Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

11 Prohibited Uses

🚨 Strictly Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and may result in criminal referral to law enforcement.

You may NOT use iUnlock AI to:

  • Unlock stolen devices — any device reported as stolen in any national or international database
  • Unlock without authorization — devices you do not own and have no written permission to service
  • Circumvent law enforcement — devices involved in criminal investigations or seized by authorities
  • Commercial resale without agreement — reselling our services without an authorized reseller agreement
  • Submit false information — providing incorrect IMEI, ownership claims, or identity information
  • Reverse engineer — our software, AI models, or APIs
  • Abuse the platform — automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or any malicious activity

Authorization requirement: By submitting any IMEI for unlocking, you legally declare that you are the owner of the device or have explicit written authorization from the owner. This declaration is binding and logged permanently.

12 No Refund Policy

💳 All Sales Are Final

iUnlock AI provides a FREE AI diagnosis before any payment is requested. By paying, you confirm you have reviewed the diagnosis report and understand what service you are purchasing.

Why we have a no-refund policy:

  • Free AI diagnosis is provided before every payment — you know exactly what you're buying
  • IMEI server unlock costs are incurred immediately upon submission to Apple GSX servers
  • Our system auto-retries up to 3 times on technical failures
  • Digital services cannot be "returned" once delivered

Technical issue resolution: If your unlock fails due to a technical error on our part (not user error or device ineligibility), contact support@srdgintel.com within 7 days. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Resolution may include a retry or service credit at our discretion.

Not eligible for resolution:

  • iCloud locks where the original owner has re-locked the device after unlocking
  • Devices on Apple's global blacklist/GSMA blacklist
  • User error (wrong IMEI submitted, wrong model selected)
  • Change of mind after payment

13 Disclaimer of Warranties

iUnlock AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% success rate on all devices (success rates vary by model and lock type)
  • Specific processing times for server unlocks (typically 2–24 hours)
  • Compatibility with all iOS versions or future Apple security updates

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, srdgintel.com's total liability for any claim arising from use of iUnlock AI shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

14 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:

  • For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
